Can't wait for the details on that one. That is just what this area needs to become more competitive with the likes of Mobile.

O.K. THE BASKETS HAVE BEEN ORDERED AND K.C. AND SMOOTHIE HAVE BEEN GIVIN THE TASK TO START THE DESIGN; I CAN TELL YOU THAT NOTHING WILL BE UNDER 450 FT. AND I AM SEEING THE POSSIBILITY OF ONE OR TWO OVER 900 AND MAYBE EVEN 1000. ANYONE AT THE PRO/ADV. LEVEL ARE WELCOME TO COME OUT AND PUT THERE 2 CENTS WORTH IN; BUT FINAL DESIGN WILL BE DECIDED BY MYSELF THOMAS K.C. SMOOTHIE AND JIM O AS WELL AS MATT O IF HE CAN COME OUT. LOOK OUT WORLDS HERE WE COME.

I do have one major suggestion... make sure the teepads are trapezoid, large in the back and smaller in the front like this http://www.discgolfconsultants.com/images/SV_teebox.jpg

And make sure they are long enough for long throws... biggrin.gif

Well done Chris, just wanted to make sure the teepads were trapezoid and long and not rectangular like most of them at bap

I would be more than happy to look and maybe help with some input at the land u guys got for the new course. i have helped with about six courses around here I enjoyed doing it but it sure is some work . I am very Excite that u want holes that are 700 + I have been coming down for the past 7, 8 years and havent been able to throw any real big cranks. I really like all the courses i have played there. we have one course up here that has a 1000 ft go to cincinnatidiscgolf.com then click on courses go to Idlewild look at all the pics and stuff its a top 5 course in the US.

I will be leaving ohio on the AUG 13 and be down for a week.

Cant wait to get to the gulf and play some fun parks

thanx J.P. Elam
send me a pm or put on the board

I like where you are going with the name of the course,
I think you should keep it simple to go along with the other 2 courses, so
The Oaks Course
Palmetto Course

How about:
Top Gun Course
Grip N Rip Course
Ace Flights Course
Bogie Flights Course
